What your experience with Phentermine?

I am 5’7 weighing at 225 lbs most of it is my baby eight from my first child 4 years ago. I’m tired of being this big and ready to be happy and confident with myself. My doctor prescribed me 37.5 mg of Phentermine to take half a pill everyday for 30 days. 
How do you feel Phentermine worked for you, what’s your story? Any advice or extra tips to give?
I’m ready to get at it, starting tomorrow!!

If I could go back a few years I would tell my younger self to eat healthy and go to the gym and never ever touch those pills. 
I lost weight very quickly and looked so good! But after a while I felt like I was going to have a heart attack and die. I stopped taking them and boom, I exploded everywhere, I gained 3 times as much weight. 
It’s a temporary fix. But this was what happened to me, maybe for you it’ll be different? Best of luck to you! I hope you have a better outcome.

I wouldn’t take them if you have high blood pressure. I have perfectly fine blood pressure and never had a problem with phentermine, tho you’re only supposed to take it for 2 months max. I took 37.5mg a day and lost 30lbs in one month. I actually plan on going to the dr again and see if I can get some for these last few stubborn pounds.

It’s structure, mechanism of action and side effects are the same as Speed and other amphetamines. Causes insomnia and has the potential to be addicting.
