Milk?

I'm sorry guys I know this has been asked a million times but I'm just now starting to transition to milk (he's almost 11.5 months). What milk is everyone using? I'm thinking of doing either Fairlife whole milk because I am lactose intolerant and can't handle whole milk and I've heard Fairlife is lactose free, or Horizon's whole milk with DHA and Omega-3. Whats everyone doing? Also...how tf do I start? Lol

We started out with regular whole milk but her sleep became horrendous 4-6 wake ups, tossing and turning and complaining in her sleep. It had been almost two weeks of this and I read that change in diet can affect their sleep so I switched to Fairlife whole milk and she's down to one wake up most nights the last week and a half (sometimes two sometimes none). We also slowly transitioned adding an ounce and increasing every week. I give her one bottle of just whole milk every day and the others are still a combo of formula and milk.

We use lactose free milk too because my boyfriend and I don’t digest lactose well either! We use Organic Value lactose free milk but have used store brand (Harris teeter) lactose free milk too when that’s all they had 🤷🏻‍♀️. 
We started out an ounce at a time in with his formula. Now he has regular whole milk during the day and a bit of formula at the beginning and end of the day in with his milk because we still have a can of it left. We got lucky and he enjoys the taste of whole milk even if we give it by itself so we didn’t have any trouble in that regard.

My son had a problem with whole milk, and fairlife and the walmart Knock off of fairlife is what he drank! June baby is acting the same when I tried whole milk so shell be on that milk too.

I researched Horizon and I’m not a fan of their animal practices so we are buying Organic Valley whole milk. I drink Fairlife myself bc I’m lactose intolerant. Honestly I don’t think it matters unless babe is sensitive to lactose.. unless you care about cows receiving antibiotics or how much pasture time they get. I’m weird about that stuff

I started with a couple oz mixed in with his formula when he was about 11.5 months and I just gradually increased the amount of whole milk and now he’s 100% on whole milk. He also turned one on the 2nd
