Spitting everything out.

Lately my child has not been eating anything he just spits it all out. Even his bottles! I don't know if it's something new he learned so he keeps doing it, but he even spit out a chocolate chip muffin. I also struggle with getting him to feed himself in general, he either throws it on the floor or just squishes/crumbles it up then throws it anyway. He's been seeming to struggle with possible allergies right now too, runny nose , itching his eyes, sneezing a lot. idk maybe he's not eating bc of that. Any help, advise, suggestions.
