Early labor Contractions ?
Since 2:30 am I have been having painful contractions on my lower back , hip area travels to my pelvic area and thighs . They hurt so much and aren’t consistent idk what to do to relieve some of the pain . I already took a warm shower tried some other stuff. I’m 38 weeks tomorrow anyone else ? Losing pieces of my mucus plug but no bloody show or water breaking 😭
