Has anyone done the Iva Keene Natural Fertility coaching program?

I did this program starting in January (actually heard about it through someone’s post on Glow) and I had a grey experience. I’m 41 now and 7 weeks pregnant. I worked with a coach to address a whole slew of issues such as high FSH (27), very low AMh (.06), ovarian cyst on each ovary, heavy periods, estrogen dominance, left ovary had no follicles during a day 3 follicle count, high CA 125, 1 previous miscarriage. Did a bunch of tests and took a ton of supplements, adjusted diet. I don’t know yet if this is a healthy viable pregnancy, but regardless I know that the treatment plan had major positives effects. Better cycles/periods, ovarian cysts shrunk, CA125 went down and I felt so much better and had so much more energy, and bonus I lost weight. I think it’s 1000% worth the money. And I’m still working with my coach to support my pregnancy.
