Hip pain
I am in dying need of some tricks and tips to help with hip pain. It literally feels like they’re dislocating and popping back into place when I get up. They always pop. I’m 27 weeks.
I’ve tried support bands but they haven’t helped. I have a pregnancy safe pain medicine that helps but I don’t like taking it all the time.
I sleep with a pillow between my legs every night also.
I’m miserable. Any suggestions on what to do?
