Hot showers pregnant
I’m almost 13 weeks pregnant.. I’ve had severe restless leg syndrome in my whole body that keeps me up ALL night till about 5-7am... I was told by some family members to take a long hot shower before bed to relax the muscles.. two nights in a row I took 15 minute long hot showers ... will this effect the baby like a hot tub?? I’m starting to get really scared..
