Haven’t been on my diet a week yet but lost 1.6 pounds in 3 days as of yesterday.

I was counting calories and my job I walked non stop for 10 hours. Only sat for an hour lunch. I was loosing 5-6 lbs a week. 
Now I switched job and watching calories and skipping breakfast and I've lost about 21 pounds in 5 months. I dont exercise like I should.
