Molars coming in?

Does anyone elses little one have their finger or thumb in their mouth? My little girl has been so restless when sleeping, crying and isnt really sleeping like she use to. She also hasnt got the appetite she use to.. i feel like my poor baby is dealing with teething pain!!

I have realised that she has her finger or thumb to the back of her mouth... could her molars be coming through? I heard that they can cause the most pain. Anyone else going through this at the moment?

I give her panadol at night but find it isnt helping and she is still restless. Its been going for 3 weeks now 😣

How long does it take to erupt? I just want my happy baby back and would love to take away her pain!
