Pregnant with second and embarrassed

I’m pregnant with my second child and after my first my stomach is a disaster. Stretch marks , flabby skin, and weird looking belly button. I’m embarrassed to go to my OB and get the heartbeat listened too because of how gross my belly looks.😭 anyone else ever feel this way ?
