Fitness after giving birth

I know this is weird...but I am so excited to get back in exercise and hopefully into similar or better shape as before having my baby. **once cleared by the doctor of course**

Like I never had many hobbies but exercise and a previous weight loss journey was a big thing for me. It really helps me feel like I am accomplishing something and gives me a boost mentally.

And I am excited to try and incorporate my baby within this too! I even got a jogging stroller to help! (Its the only stroller I got...its one of those that you can put a car seat into too).

Idk i just hope things good well and I am able to get back into fitness! Lol I mostly miss being able to use my core haha
