Could I still be pregnant?

Question

Okay, I'd be 5 weeks 5 days. 
I'm hella nauseous and I'm cramping quite a bit, my period is late but its not a period cramp, I can tell. My back is aching me bad. I did some tests about 3 weeks ago, I'm wondering whether to test again? Could it be possible that my hcg levels were too low to pick up last time? Or am I holding on to false hope?

3 weeks ago was likely way to early to test if you’re 5 weeks from last period right now. Take another test.

I would test again. It is very likely that hcg levels were too low when you tested as some women don’t get a positive until they have missed their period or sometimes a few weeks after that. It depends on when you ovulated too since you could’ve ovulated late.
