Do you have to wait until all remaining hcg is out of your system after a miscarriage before you will ovulate again? My HPTs are still showing a very faint positive and ovulation tests are showing positives (which I am assuming is from the hcg?). I’m still barely spotting, but I felt what I thought was ovulation twinges yesterday. I’m 3 weeks out from my miscarriage, I just don’t want to miss my window this month and not sure if I can trust my OPKs yet.
