We went for our anatomy scan yesterday and everything looks great except they found a bright spot on baby’s heart they called an EIF. Doc said by itself it’s not concerning and usually goes away on its own. She said if they found other abnormalities she would have been more concerned but as it stands she’s not worried at all. If they would have found something else abnormal then it would be considered a small marker for Down syndrome. Don’t get me wrong, I’m so relieved she’s not worried but my momma heart cannot stop thinking about this! Any experience?
