yesterday and today, i was home and i wasn’t really doing anything and all of a sudden i started to get lightheaded and dizzy, and my chest started to hurt and my breathing got all weird and i felt like i couldn’t breathe and felt like i was choking and i felt like i was losing control and that i was going to die and i felt like i was going to faint and puke. my legs felt like jello and my lips felt tingly and i felt really really warm. and it lasted about 20 minutes and i just sat on my bathroom floor until i felt somewhat normal. i have no idea what happened and i’m scared that its going to happen again.
