I CANT STAND IT

i have a 2 year old female german shepard but lately oh my GOD she absolutely reaks of dirty rotten fish like i’m talking she will smell up the whole room. i’m 14 weeks pregnant so the smell is so strong and i’m nauseous al the time and it’s becoming unbearable. i have a candle lit, the window completely open and i used febreze and i can STILL smell her. please help 🤢😭
