Vacuum, lint roller, roll some tape around your hand backwards and tape up the carpet, you have options.

I use something called a lily brush. You can buy them off amazon for like £15. It’s like a rubber thing that you rub the floor with and it helps to remove the hair (it’s mainly for pet hair but works wonders with human hair too). Or a cheaper trick is to use a rubber squeegee on the floor 👍🏼😬
