Possibly dilated at 23 weeks?

Question

So I’m 23 weeks in my first pregnancy so I’m not sure if this is normal or not. When I had sex with my husband today he mentioned that I felt really open (tmi but I could hear air coming out as we were having sex). I don’t know if I’m being paranoid but I’m just worried that I may be dilated and my body is prepping for labor too early? 
Maybe this is normal, but I’m not sure-just wondering if anyone else has experienced this??

You need to see your doctor ASAP....if you are then they need to put you on some meds to keep you from dilating any further. It’s possible to dilate this early but it’s not a good thing - I wouldn’t be having sex anymore until you find out and also stay off your feet and basically put yourself on bed rest. I googled it and a forum on baby center popped up and I was reading the comments - maybe go read them too?
