Confused about unemployment

I have been told by my doctor, to quarantine for 2 weeks because a co worker was exposed to the virus.

I applied for unemployment, but do I also need to apply for PUA?

The minimum where I live is 300 a week; will they be adding the 600 as well?

And does anyone know how long it takes to get your first check?

I know I need to claim every week, but the week their asking me to claim I worked, do I still fill it out or no?
