Potatoes sticking?!

I swear I get the pot and oil real hot but no matter what they want to stick to the pot! How can I fix this? I love potatoes but hate cooking them!

You probably have the pan and oil TOO hot.

Corn starch could help, also you don’t want the pan too hot, you want them to go in with a bit of bubbling, but not a full on splatter fest. Make sure the potatoes are dry. Also a nonstick pan is probably the easiest solution. 😅

Non stick aluminum and just a regular heavy metal pan which seems worse
