Tummy bug while pregnant?

Question

Silly question, but has anyone had a tummy bug while pregnant before and was everything okay? I assume that’s what I’ve got. I was fine yesterday, then woke up at 1am and 3am and vomited, feeling quite tired and nauseas today, just “yuck” in general. Don’t know what else it could be? 
24 weeks 4 days pregnant. Everything just really worries me as this is our rainbow baby. Will this bug affect her?

When I was 8 months with my daughter had a stomach virus 2xs within one month one week apart from each other. I had to get iv fluids because I got dehydrated super fast and had diarrhea. They also gave me an iv push of phenergan to stop the vomiting. Baby girl was fine. Kicked me like crazy every time I curled up in ball or bent over the toilet because I was squishing her but she was fine.

Yes I was sick early on with a stomach bug, and baby is fine I'm 30wks now

Yes ma’am! I actually got the flu when I was 7 weeks pregnant. I was vomiting for days! Baby ended up being just fine 😊
