I stopped after I found out I was pregnant, wasn’t fun. But I’m glad I did.

This may help you out, this is pretty much what my doctor told me. I stopped taking it to be on the safe side. There’s no issues taking it while trying to get pregnant though.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant & have been taking sertraline for 18 months now. My OB prescribed it so I completely assume it's ok.
