Teething/fever

My little one is now 11 months, she already has 8 teeth and has been having pain on and off for about 3 months now with her molars coming in. Yesterday one of her molars has finally bust through the gums and is now finally showing itself and we noticed she had a low grade fever of about 100.0 never reaching anything above. Is this normal? Her first 8 teeth were like a walk in the park, she didn’t fuss or anything it was like she went to sleep and woke up with teeth but now it just seems like these molars are kicking her butt.
