I had a tubal reversal about a year and a half ago and since then have had only 2 miscarriages or ectopic pregnancies. The levels never made it high enough to determine where they were but they're 98% sure they were ectopic. My obgyn sent me to a well known fertility specialist who explained that my tube wasn't blocked (because I was getting pregnant) but that it was "damaged" like there was a small rut in my tube from the surgery that the fertilized egg was getting stuck in. He thinks that by putting me on femara that it would produce more eggs and increase the chance of one getting by and into my uterus. I kind of thought that sounded a little crazy but then decided maybe I should see if anyone else had a similar experience or success with this tactic?
