This might be so stupid, but i had sex with someone i was dating and 5 days later developed sore throat, swollen lymph notes, pus on my tonsils etc. went to the Dr and got diagnosed with tonsilitis. Could this be early HIV symptoms or am i just paranoid
He also got sick a few days later and needed an antibiotic just like me. He went and got tested for HIV and other STD and told me over 4 times that he is NEGATIVE once in person and then again over text when I kept asking over and over again. I know I’m my state it’s a law if someone you’re with tests + they need to Inform you in a confidential way!! So should I even be worried I am probably just making myself have a panic attack for no reason!
