went to the ER

last night i went to the ER to check out why i had severe cramping for two days straight and i cdwas diagnoses with ovarian cysts but i also noticed my HCG pregnancy test came back negative but there was a 20 MIU/ml. meaning my HCG levels are less than 25MIU/ml but i am actually pregnant. i feel hot all the time and definitely my boobs are full again and i'm only 4 days pregnant. can anyone can relate?
