Guilty about the past?

Hey! So pretty much I overthink everything. But once and a while I start overthinking things I have done before my current boyfriend (of 2 years). I feel bad for being with previous relationships intimately. When I was young I sent nudes even though I wasn’t comfortable. My face wasn’t exposed but it still scares me that one day they will come back. Does anyone else ever worry about this kind of stuff or feel guilty about it?

 That is pretty normal... my husband was the other day tell me he regrets of being on tinder and sleel around, he said he was in a bad spot in his mind and he slept with some ugly ladies just bc he was horny and wanted get his mind of. His ex girlfriend suicided and after 6 months he was sleeping around for the first time. So like him I do also regret couple things I did, even I was never on tinder I put myself in some humiliation like crying on my ex door and calling him a million times... everyone have done shit we wouldn't but that is life. You should not spend time opening those doors. We live and we learn.

I do all the time. But it’s because I have anxiety. I just try to focus on other thoughts and not letting the negative ones overpower
