Pain in lower left side

For the past two days I’ve been having a weird pain it’s like period. Cramps but worse and it’s only on my lower left side in my stomach and back. It feels like a fullness and bloat and a constant cramping. I’m honestly ready to go to the doctors because I don’t know what it is or why it’s happening and my mind is going to the worst possible answers maybe someone could help give me some idea of what it could be. I think I had uti the past couple days also just urinating a lot and a stinging sensation after peeing nothing when I would pee just after cause I was still trying to pee even when there was nothing. My period is due Friday but I never had cramping like this.
