Help! Anyone Knows how to get rid of bacne/ dark spots?

I use polysporin to get rid of my acne on my face. Dark spots go away with moisturizing cream if not I use tretonoin  (vitamin a) to help remove top layer of skin

Basically. A doctor. There is medicine, but it is unfortunately temporary fix. 😕

It’s probably cystic acne so a dermatologist is definitely the way to go. Until then, shower after you get sweaty, cleanse, and gently exfoliate. Dry brushing your back can be helpful too. I highly recommend seeing a dermatologist though. They can prescribe you medicated creams or pills that can work miracles

I don’t know about getting rid of it on your back but I know for your face it takes time, care, exfoliation, and lots of sunscreen. So maybe try having someone help you apply stuff to your back for it to help ya. 
I do know that they have products (even the drugstore does) to help with breakouts on your back and other areas of the body. Perhaps you can see if one of those will help?
