Hi ladies I’m currently 14 1/2 weeks pregnant with a donor egg baby. I’m generally a very healthy person with a normal healthy weight. This new OB gyn that I am seeing, at the 1st appointment said that this is going to be a healthy pregnancy. During our second visit she referred me to maternal fetal medicine to do a complete OB ultrasound. I asked her why I need that and she said because I am pregnant with an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> baby and they want to check the heart is functioning well and also because I’m older. It just doesn’t make sense to me that the 1st day she was like this a very healthy pregnancy and even mentioned that there is no reason why I shouldn’t have a natural delivery and now she is sending me to do this extensive test. Anyone else was asked to do this test? Is this a required test for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> babies? Please share if you know anything.
