Night Pumping
Hi all, my LO is now 7 months old and mostly sleeping through the night in his crib in the nursery beside our bedroom. As a result, I set an alarm on my phone to wake me up around 2-3am in order to pump (keeps my supply steady so far and prevents engorging/clogs).
My question is, do other moms do this also? Or do you sleep through the night and pump in the morning? Please let me know how you do things once your LO is sleeping through the night.
