Very nervous . I don’t really know what to think about this . Anyone ever been through this situation? I’m bleeding brown also .

Yep I went to the ER for bleeding and severe pain thought I was having a tubal they only found a sac and yolk no baby no heart beat and a small bleed which was a subchorionic hematoma. Now 27 weeks pregnant

You're just very early. Bleeding can be normal and they aren't likely to find a heartbeat yet. Go back for tests as needed
