I wanted to give y'all an update on my cousin having sex with my brain damaged husband. I had asked her to take care of him and instead she raped him while he was in a mind set where he didn't even recognize me or know where he was or what was going on(he was in a motorcycle accident.) So I went and pressed charges. Explaining to my husband what happened didn't end well. He couldn't take it and started freaking out in the hospital. He wet the bed and I was so scared seeing him like that. He's doing okay. She got arrested. But here's the fucked up part. My MOTHER BAILED HER OUT UNTIL HER COURT DATE! How could she.

She has traumatized my husband. He's already going through memory issues and has episodes. He's been wetting the bed since I told him and having more episodes. My mom told me to stop trying to ruin her and her sisters relationship and the court "won't believe a man". I'm beyond pissed off. I called her a cunt. Maybe I went too far with that but I'm upset. My husband isn't the same person. He's traumatized from the motorcycle accident and now my rapist cousin!

Edit: someone asked how I found out. I walked in on it. My husband looked so confused and and dazed. I pulled her off by her hair and my husband started freaking out and didn't recognize me. He didn't know where he was or what was going on so I took him to the hospital.

Edit: Thank you guys for the support... I honestly feel like this is partly my fault. I thought it was weird how eager she was to help. I left my husband so vulnerable to this bitch.... And my mom doing what she did shows how much she care about me and my husband. My husband is doing better and I'm happy he's okay, but he's traumatized and worried to testify. Our lawyer thinks with the doctors notes and me witnessing, we could have a good case! I thank all of you for how supportive you've been♥️♥️♥️
