What does this mean ?

Took a pregnancy test earlier and it came back faint positive so retested 3 and a bit hours later and it’s a lot fainter and barely even there so I’m so confused .. 
Bottom test is the first one and top test is the one I done 3 hours later .. any opinions would really be appreciated

As I can see the stop test is clearly pink and there but now I’m just thinking it’s a false positive:(

Update... 
So the top blue test and the bottom first response test are from today, but I see a faint line on the top and negative on the first response so I’m still no idea tbh, I will call my gp tomorrow and hopefully get an appointment to speak to them about it all, and my period is also 3 weeks late so I don’t really understand what’s going on
