Puppy training help!!

Hey guys I need some help... i got a puppy she is 4 months old, we are trying to potty train her but she refuses. She loves to be outside, we have big yard she can run in and lay in. She will be outside for hour to 2 hrs on cooler days, and as soon as she walks in the house she pees and poops EVERY DAMN TIME!! I try to take her out every hour and half hour after she eats or drinks, we will be outside for almost 45 minutes before I come back in, she walks in and 5 minutes later is pooping in the house. Its like she thinks outside is to play and inside is potty land. I put her poop outside and show her potty there, and the few rare times she does pee outside she gets praise and treats but I need help. She is ruining my rugs and carpet and smelling up my house. I have another dog who I thought was hard to potty train but izzy makes her look easy. Just looking for any advice or help. I'm not going to get rid of her because of this obviously but she can't keep ruining my carpets and I have 6 kids 2 of which are babies and can't be on a peed and pooped on floor. ANY IDEAS!??????
