Why would vagina video be in my husbands file folder on his phone?

I was looking through my husbands phone and saw a video of a vagina with a dildo going in it. It was recent downloads in his files (iPhone). Does this mean someone sent it to him or was it a video?
I’m 2 weeks post partum I had a weird feeling so looked.

I think the best plan of action here is to admit to and apologize for looking through his phone and tell him why you did, and then tell him you saw that and want to know how it got there/why he has it. Remember, communication is always key, and you’ll probably be able to tell if he’s lying.

He easily could have just downloaded it from a porn website.
Why did you feel the need to snoop through his phone? What has he done or said lately that’s made it so you felt you couldn’t trust him? 
Bring it up to him. While you’re at it, explain that you’re feeling insecure and talk out your problems like adults.
