No because I don’t even see a thermal shift indicating that ovulation has occurred.

I don't see evidence of ovulation based on temps. But I personally don't rely on supposed "implantation dips" because I got them on half of my charts and they were all bfn.

Is this your first time temping? Do you have any cycles to compare it to? Personally I'd trust your body if you think you ovulated. Your temps don't 'confirm' it in a text book fashion but I've had a chart like this and definitely ovulated at the big dip as it matched up with resting heart rate and hormone symptoms (heartburn, sore breasts , cramps and CM) and AF arrived bang on time. 
For a text-book chart you'd want the post dip temperatures to go up higher than the ones pre-dip which I think they do slightly but not by 'enough'. 
Assuming you did ovulate on the big dip the second dip you're asking about  could just be a normal fluctuation and you'll only know retrospectively if it was implantation 😊 best not to read into it.
