Hi Ladies
Currently trying to avoid pregnancy.
16 months post partum still breastfeeding at night.
I know there aren’t much temps before my temp shift, but based on my chart when do you think I ovulated CD 14/15?
I’m trying to use the unprotected sex 3-5 days after ovulation so would be good to know.
