Does anyone know if I can take these gummy vitamins instead of my pre natals?

This is like the kid’s gummy vitamins. You should be taking prenatal vitamins.

I was told by my OBGYN not to take gummy prenatals because they lack iron. Obviously you can take a separate iron supplement. Just ask your doctor. :) I was also seeing an expensive fertility specialist and had to take soooo many supplements.

I don’t like prenatals either, so I take flinstone complete’s. They have 18 mg of iron in one chewable, and my OB says they are just fine to take.

There are prenatal gummies you can take but you have to take an iron supplement with them because gummies don’t contain iron
