Hair loss

So I started noticing I was losing a lot of hair sorta like postpartum hair loss didn’t think much of it but then my husband noticed a bald spot and has only gotten bigger. Reached out to my dermatologist and did a biopsy and said it’s alopecia. Now she suggests that I get the injections to help grow it out faster. My bald spot doesn’t look like other alopecia pictures I’ve goggled it’s always had baby hairs and then it had like red looking pimples on it. Anyone have good success with the injections?
