I also have an elevated heart rate. I was in the hospital last night and the gave me medicine to help with my heart. I got discharged at 7 this morning, but now I found this. I’m unsure on wether to go back. I also have an ovarian cyst rupture, so I’m not sure if this is normal with that. Thank you!

That is a lot... definitely go back. Idk what your blood pressure is but based on the looks of that and you saying you have a high heart rate I’d be worried about significant blood loss with a ruptured cyst.
