Lovenox is what I take. A bit difficult the first couple of days, but you get used to it. Just make sure to pinch the area on your stomach that you are going to inject into, and slowly push in the needle (keep away from the bellybutton area). And alternate sides each day that you inject. Inject the medication and then hold in the needle for a few seconds before slowly taking the needle out. Then very gently rub the area with a clean Kleenex to help dissolve the medication.
