I was diagnosed with pcos in 2019 I took femara to help conceive my 4th baby he’s almost a year old now. I’m thinking about asking to go back on femara so I can have a normal cycle but I’m terrified of getting pregnant because I had so many complications with my son, kidney infections a placenta abruption that caused me to have an emergency C-section at 33weeks 3days and a blood transfusion baby boy spent 29days in the Nicu... has anyone ever experienced a placenta and their next pregnancy turned out ok
