When to have baby shower?

Depending on covid when do you recommend having shower? 7 or 8 months? Earlier?

I just had mine last week. It was a “drive by” baby shower, had cookies & sandwiches to handout to go haha. Just sent out all my thank you cards as well. I was 33 weeks pregnant

I was in my 8th month in pregnancy with my first when I had my shower, I would think being in your 7th month would be fine, too.

I’m having mine at 31 weeks to avoid labour day and a potential second wave of the virus when the kids go back to school.

We are having ours at in a couple weeks at 32 weeks to give us plenty of time. Babygirl is measuring 3 weeks ahead so I’m glad we did that just in case!

I just had mine at 6 months. We did it virtually as well and it was great. We didn’t want to do one in person when time gets closer since we didn’t want to risk it but we thought if the world was more “normal” people would think a virtual one was weird. It worked out great and now I have plenty of time to buy the rest of the stuff we need that we didn’t get!
