The medication I am on to help me conceive makes me excessively thirsty so I end up drinking more than a gallon of water a day. I’ve been using OPKs the last two cycles and haven’t had one positive, but had a lot of fertile CM. Last cycle I confirmed ovulation with BBT. Does this issue make OPKs not an option for me, or is there one I can use that I can use while still drinking this much liquid?

(I have tried not drinking the water and I was so miserable, I also got extremely light-headed and almost passed out).
