My doctor actually told me vaping was worse that with all the chemicals in the juice and inhaling metal particles not to vape at all doesn't even want my SO vaping around me

No. Vaping is still bad. There are plenty of chemicals in the liquid and there are no studies on the long term effects of vaping.

Not really bc vaping has tons of risks that are still unknown. But vaping can be somewhat better because you can wean yourself down off of the nicotine instead of quitting all at once and your body having withdrawal symptoms. That's how my bf was able to stop smoking/vaping. Started with the highest nicotine juice and switching to a lower amount each week or so until he was at the lowest nicotine level and didnt feel like he needed it anymore.
