I had a vaginal birth with no epidural, I was in labour for 7 hours, plus active labour for 2, and pushed for half an hour. My contractions were barley showing on the monitor even tho it hurt like hell to me. My problem is that because of this, people are telling me that my labour and delivery experience doesn't count... They say I have no idea what labour and delivery is like because I got so lucky. I'm grateful for how fast and "easy" it was, but I feel like I'm not able to be proud of myself or happy about it because "it doesn't count" and "it was too easy" 💔
