Unexplained Infertility Success Stories?

Question

Any success stories from couples with unexplained infertility? I’ve had bloodwork, transvaginal ultrasound, and HSG test (this cycle). Husband has had semen analysis. Doctor still hasn’t found anything “wrong” with either of us. She plans to have me start Clomid next cycle.

This was me and my husband! His sperm analysis was great and my OB couldn’t find anything “wrong” with me but no pregnancy after crying for 9 months. She put me on Clomid at 50mg and it worked on the third try! We are now expecting Clomid twins this November!

We had to take mucinex to get pregnant. He took mucinex for a month straight and I took it for 2 days during ovulation. I think the mucinex helped his sperm.
