QUESTION!!

So I posted a couple days ago about getting my money back on something I ordered on eBay. They have issued me my refund. The money isn’t on my card tho. I used a vanilla gift card. Which cannot be reloaded. But a refund should go back to that card? Right?

Can I transfer from there to PayPal?
