Positive OPK but negative HPT

I have been taking multiple HPT (home pregnancy tests) and they have all been negative. But my OPK (ovulation predictor kit) has been positive. I am also a week late and have a lot of lower back pain/cramping. could I be pregnant? Or could I be ovulating even though I never got a period???? 🙄
